Trek
Trek
We know you love to drive because you are driving a Porsche. However, Porsches need to get out on the open road - and that is what the Trek is all about. We design and implement routes that take us off the roads most frequently travelled and onto back roads with beautiful scenery.
The PCA DE Program is designed so that participants can improve their driving abilities and acquire a better understanding of vehicle dynamics and driving safety. Participants will experience, first-hand, the capabilities of high performance automobiles in a controlled, closed-course environment and acquire skills that will enhance safer vehicle operation in all driving situations.
Metro NY PCA Sim DE/Racing welcomes all Metro members to year-round track driving. Whether you are a novice or a pro, we invite you to join us driving Porsche racing cars on some of the world's greatest circuits using the iRacing platform.
A rally can be competitive or for fun. The objective of a rally is to follow a course, usually on public roads, to the precise detail specified in the rules. Rallies are run on paved roads at the legal speed limit. They do not cause excessive wear on a vehicle or place its driver/navigator at risk.
In simple terms, a Concours is a car show. The idea is to show your car in its most perfect condition (usually cleanliness and like new condition). In general, each car starts out perfect and as the judge finds something amiss, points are deducted. The cars typically displayed by category and trophies are awarded to the highest scores.
The Autocross Program is designed to teach each participant advanced car control technique, so that the participants can improve their driving abilities, better understand the handling and dynamics of their vehicle in a real world environment, and become better, safer drivers.
Our club was originally founded in as The New York Porsche Club. This was a year before Max Hoffman began importing 356's into the USA and three years before PCA was founded! Metro NY joined The Porsche Club of America in and officially became the Metro New York Region of PCA.

Metro NY Region PCA Proudly Supports Christopher's Voice
Christopher's Voice, a charitable foundation for autistic children, was created by New Rochelle Police Detective, Christopher Greco and his wife Tracy to help prevent wandering of autistic children by providing lifesaving GPS and other equipment. They also provide financial assistance to struggling families with autistic children, recreational activities, and provide first responder training to Police, Fire and EMS.
